Students can access AASOKA through their school. Once a school partners with AASOKA, each student is given a unique login ID and password by the school administration to use the platform.

Q6. How can I download the AASOKA app?

You can download the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store by searching for ‘AASOKA’. After installing the app, log in using the ID and password shared by your school.

Q7. What are the hardware/software requirements for students?

Students can access AASOKA on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection. For the best experience, we recommend using an up-to-date web browser or the AASOKA app.

Q8. How can I register or raise a complaint?

You can raise a complaint through the User Ticket option. On the AASOKA web portal, go to User Ticket → Ticket → Raise Ticket, then enter your query or upload any documents before submitting.

On the AASOKA app, the Ticket option is available right on the home screen at the bottom. Tap it, add your complaint, and submit. Our support team will review and resolve the issue.

You can share your feedback by raising a User Ticket on the AASOKA portal or the AASOKA app. We welcome suggestions and comments to improve your experience with AASOKA.
