Q.5 As a student, how can I get access to ALTS?
Please connect with your school administration for the same. Once a school partners with AASOKA, they will receive user IDs for each student, which will then be distributed to the students by the school itself. Each login ID will have a unique password.
Q.6 How can I download AASOKA app?
To download the app, go to the App Store/Google Play Store. Search for 'AASOKA Engage', select the app, and click on 'Install'. Once the installation is complete, log in with the ID and password provided by the school.
Q.7 What are the hardware/software requirements for my child?
The student will need a desktop/laptop/smart device with an active internet connection.
Q.8 How can I register/raise my complaint?
To register your complaint, you can use the user ticket option.
On the portal, locate the "User ticket" option on the left-hand side of the screen and click on it. Then, select the "Ticket" option to access the Raise Ticket screen. Click on the "Raise Ticket" to proceed.
In the description box, you can then add your complaint or query or upload any relevant document if needed. After completing all the required information, simply click on "Submit".
On AASOKA Engage app, go to the "Settings" option, select "Support Ticket," and click the plus icon "+" to raise/register your complaint.
Your user ticket has now been raised, and the issue you have reported will be resolved by the AASOKA support team.
Q.9 How can I provide my feedback?
You can share your feedback by raising a User ticket, as explained in Q.8. We value all types of feedback, including suggestions for improvement, feature requests, and general comments about your experience with our service.
